Technical Manager
Current1:Organized plants operations according to the company’s policies, regulations, and standard procedures.2:Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing etc.3:Planning organizing directing and running optimum day-to-day operations and review operations and confer with staff.4:Plan and monitoring Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) of all plants andequipment.5:Increasing production assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.6:Maintain existing plants facilities and equipment replace, or make adjustments to plants facilities and equipment when necessary.7:Knowledge of machines and tools used to manufacture concrete block, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance and an understanding of pneumatic, hydraulics and electricity. 8: Provides direction, development and leadership to production supervisor.9: Collaborated with the department heads to maintain updated information on plant production, purchasing, and shipping.10: Extensive practical knowledge of SAP functional experience with the following modules: Production Planning (SAP PP), Material Management (SAP MM), Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).Hard Services: Maintenance and Operations of HVAC, Mechanical and Hydraulic components and hydraulic function Civil & Electrical systems for place and Machines.Soft Services: Cleaning, landscaping Business Support Services,, Height Solutions, Security Solutions and WasteManagement
