Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company is responsible for the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater discharged from residential, commercial and industrial buildings in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the distribution of recycled water for irrigation purposes in gardens, parks, farms and green spaces. Biosolids are also available for reuse. As part of my Bachelor’s Degree I completed my work placement in the HR, Employee Relations Department. Tasks:• Registering UAE National employees on the Pension Fund system• Processing official annual leave request made by employees to their line managers as well as Head of HR• Updating employee record on the Oracle HMRS System• Drafting of Employment Relations correspondence to employee, ( Promotion, Status Amendments, Acceptance of Resignation)
