Conceptualized the project from an idea and was directly responsible for the formulation and execution of the $ 1.8 Billion construction Contract. 1. Prepared the Project Execution Plan.2. Successfully developed and implemented the Project Management System.3. Spearheaded implementation of broad range of value engineering initiatives to streamline the development process.4. Effectively procured and managed overseas design teams & managed multi-disciplinary processes.

Ahmed Al-Misnad Tower (B+G+45+3PH), the Project is a Special Tower with Luxurious location in Doha – Qatar, the Tower consists of 51 levels (2 Basement, Ground Floor, 45 Stories and 3 Penthouse),The super structure is made of steel weighing 7500 tons, with a steel core, 161 high finishes residential units furnished with Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi' sauna Room and Healthy Club with 232 Parking Slots.Responsibilities:Leading our team (Planning and Control, Project Administration, Quantity Surveying and Cost Control, Document Control and Quality Assurance) to furnish the Client with the following services:Post Contract Services:1. Manage, monitor and control field project organization. 2. Establish and Maintain effective communications between project personnel and Owner to assure timely flow of information.3. Establish records systems and maintain site records. 4. Maintain liaison with owner's field representative to assure timely involvement.5. Provide administration and supervision of all assigned personnel. 6. Supervise quality control and inspection. 7. Implement all administrative aspects of contract8. Implement an effective safety and security program. 9. Manage effective planning and cost control system, Cash flow reports and forecasts.10. Maintain harmonious Owner relationship. 11. Monitor construction operations and recommend means and methods to improve the operations.12. Monitor and process shop drawings and project materials submittals. 13. Review and initiate all changes.14. Prepare actual change orders for processing. 15. Approve progress payments. 16. Advise Owner of any development of deviations to cost/schedule. 17. Conduct project meetings. 18. Review, analyze and process Contractors' claims. 19. Coordinate the issuing of operations/maintenance documents. 20. Manage the implementation of commissioning requirements.

Providing full efficient and effective project management services in all technical and contractual aspects of professional practice.2.Supervision of subordinates and regular liaison with top management to encourage the effective and efficient performance of the team in execution of their duties.3. Assignment of tasks and responsibilities among Projects team.4. Client relations and subcontractor administration.5.Decomposing each project to manageable scope.6. Monitoring and advice on procurement among all projects.7. Member of the organization procurement committee.8. Managing and monitoring all engineering and material submittals for all disciplines.9. Solving technical problems from all aspects.10. Preparation of claims and variations among all Projects (If any).11. Attending and managing weekly coordination and Progress meetings and assigning actions among all team.12. Payment Control for all running Projects.
