- Scrutiny of tender documents, evaluating tender documents & drawings accordingto the running market rates, ensure all systems and components of the tender areincluded. Assisting of compiling tenders.- Prepare tender documentation queries to Consultants/ Clients to confirm andcollect any missing data.- Arrange specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/ priceof materials and equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications toinclude in final tender documentation.- Build relationships and liaise with suppliers and vendors and manage dailycorrespondence for quantities, costs and specifications.- Perform the quantities take off.- Estimate the required direct and indirect costs.- Overhead/Profit percentage as per the management policy.- Project overall completion as well as cost versus budget.- Value Engineering Studies.

- Link the boundaries between Engineering and Project Management departments.- Provide project status reports to ensure effective communication between theProject Control Group and Construction / Technical Teams.- Involved in several different projects in different stages of development at the sametime.- Design & Coordination Responsibilities; work closely with all disciplines(Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Utilities, Roads, etc…) so thatdecisions are timely and consistent throughout the project.- Assist project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning.- In charge of the day‐to‐day management and overseeing of the constructionprocess.- Conduct Technical Reviews with Designers as required.- Performing preliminary Structural Study & BOQ.- Support for Construction Team on Site; help to interpret the project's designs andensure the job is constructed according to the project plans.- Finalizing Supplier's Visits.

- Supervising all site activities done by the Construction Team.- Managing daily operations of field work activities and organizationof subcontractors.- Coordination of the implementation of the project, ensuring it is being builtcorrectly.- Assistance to the Project Manager; collaborating with Consultants, Mechanical &Electrical experts & Surveyors.- Bill of materials creation.- Preparing Daily Reports, Quality Control & Assurance Reports.- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met on a construction site.

- Develop Structural Concepts and Shop‐drawings.- Create technical drawings to aid Construction team on‐site.- Operated on Projects in KSA (PNU Campus), Lebanon (Residential Buildings &Mosque) and Nigeria (Residential Buildings).
