Duties & responsibilities:-Prepares and inputs payroll data to ensure effective accounting support. Typically uses automated system to produce accurate and timely payroll Problem Resolution. Performs various journal entries, account reconciliations, and provides General Ledger support.Receive employee's attendance books and convert the early leave and late comings into cash deductions.Calculate the total salary (net salary + taxes + insurance).Answer the employees inquiries, complains & problems regarding the salaries and deductions and solve these problems.Handle all personnel functions for Projects labor in regard to: attendance, leaves, hiring and firing.Issuing and updating employee's contract. Preparing Overtime sheets for all employees monthly including weekends or Additional hours monthly.Preparing Penalties Reports which will be deducted from employees monthly.
