Responsibilities: • Ensuring all shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation is completed accurately and complies with industry regulations.• Analyzing logistics data to identify trends in supply chain performance, inventory levels, and delivery times. • Preparing detailed reports for management to highlight areas for improvement and success metrics. • Addressing and resolving logistics-related issues promptly, such as delivery delays or product damages. • Maintaining effective communication with suppliers to ensure smooth movements of our goods.• Implementing and managing logistics software systems tailored to the paint industry, to optimize operations and ensure efficient workflow.• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure that supplies are stocked according to demand and ensuring accuracy in inventory records.

Responsibilities: • Identifying potential foreign suppliers, evaluating their reliability, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness, and establishing relationships with the best vendors.• Negotiating contracts, prices, terms, and delivery schedules with international suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.• Placing orders with foreign suppliers, tracking the status of orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products needed for manufacturing.• Coordinating with logistics providers to manage the transportation of goods from international suppliers, including arranging shipping, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise during transit.• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of foreign suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations. • Conducting market research to stay informed about global supply market trends, new suppliers, and alternative sourcing options that can benefit the company.
