• Manages the organization's forecast planning function using inventory levels while working with the sales and marketing teams to set and agree short term forecast plus managing stock cover at warehouse and stores to increase the availability level of items and sales.• Using the demand plan and developing and supply plans to ensure maximum service level performance and efficient delivery of inventory at the lowest optimum cost.• Responsible for Monitoring inventory stock levels on a daily basis to resolve stock outs, low inventory, including explanations of decreases and running out (Stock out list).• Discuss in a weekly basis with purchasing, marketing and sales teams the promotion plans (assortment, forecasted quantities, store merchandising, prices).• Establish operational procedures for the department activities e.g. verification of incoming / outgoing goods, keeping warehouse inventory current.• Analyze sales forecast vs. actual demand to support 95% Forecast accuracy all-time-goal.• Develop and manage the rules for order acceptance and forecast consumption.• Work with Sales, Finance departments including Operations to ensure the consistent, cost-effective supply of products to customers• Train and coach a well-versed supply & demand teams.
