As Chairperson of Bulbul, I oversee the strategic direction and high-level operations of our language learning platform.

I had the opportunity to support, encourage, and welcome first-years by facilitating and working at the FYE Connect event for the Fall 2020 semester. It was an exciting chance to develop my leadership and interpersonal skills by making a significant difference in the adjustment of new students at AUS. The role included the following: * One-on-one check-in meetings with first-year students/ parents* Providing first-year students with the information, contacts, skills, positive mindset, and confidence that they would need in order to have a brighter future at AUS

-Delivered one on one sessions to help first and second-year students prosper in accounting and finance classes.-Administered feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage and build confidence.

Explored the structural relationship between the intellectual capital dimensions and the business performance of hotels and banks and how it influences their financial performance acorss theglobe.

Supported the CRA department in the contract administration process for 3 months.Scope of responsibilities: - Ensured that contract compliance issues are resolved both timely and effectively.- Reviewed, recommended revisions to, and approved contracts by ensuring their compliance with FedEx accounting policies and procedures for MEISA (the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Africa ). - Provided administrative support to other departments at FedEx in using the software ( EnCoRE) to raise requests for Master Agreements/ Amendments/ Addendums/ modifying existing contracts and obtained missing documentation.- Reassigned requests to the responsible departments such as finance, procurement, and the legal department as per the clauses present in the contract.- Analyzed and pinpointed any potential risks involved in the contractual clauses by investigating discrepancies and identifying contractual terms not conforming to FedEx policies.

-Contributed to preparing different educational and entertainment events for the ACA certificate students.-Fully coordinated the "Exploring major asset classes' response to the pandemic" webinar in April 2021 and achieved an outstanding attendance record for the year 2021.

- Responsible for collecting and grading weekly quizzes and assignments of business students- recorded and tracked the students' grades on excel- conveyed any integrity and code of conduct violations to the professor

- Represented and reported the students' issues to the Academic Director and Administrators. - Monthly meetings with administrators to arrange different academic and non-academic activities.
