-Team work leader-Support R&D team in new projects-Training of Lab Chemists & Technicians on new and standard analytical, chemical, extraction Methods. Help Quality Control Chairman in making monthly evaluation for lab chemists & Technicians while applying the attendance regulations for each. Holding Quality Records, Preparing the interim Quality statements and also annual Quality sheet. Providing Support in Preparing and edit all records for all laboratories. Follow up the Raw Material receiving and recording Results and Quality notes and communicate with Purchasing when necessary. Monitoring and control all processes and write quality reports.-Arrange and prepare samples for incubation, shelf life and testing. - Prepare Chemicals, Medias and other materials necessary for the various tests. - Calibrate equipment as per schedules and according to procedures. - Ensure that results out of specs are reported to Q. C manager on time. - Ensure to set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for tests, research, or process control. - Ensure that the correct test methods and procedures as laid down by the company are adhered to at all times. - Ensure that all test results are documented correctly and in an orderly manner for future reference. - Performs any duty assigned by the line Manager-Total Quality Management Systems- Internal Audit (ISO 9001- ISO 14001 - OHSAS 18001)- HACCAP , ISO 22000, ISO IEC17025
