• Technovation is a technology entrepreneurship program and competition for young girls aged between 10-18, in which they have to identify a problem, create an app to solve it, code it, and pitch their plan to experts.
• Work with the ministry of education to get as many schools as possible join the project every year.
• Recruit the student participants, Mentors and Judges for the regional events.
• Organize training for the mentors (technical trainings and business plan writing).
• Put an action plan for the whole year.
• Follow up on the main milestones.
