Manage the Rig site training certification for rig personnel's. Assist in supervision casing and cementing operations, well tests, coring, fishing, stuck and rig move. Manage rig operation safely according to Company's policies and procedures, recording and reporting unsafe practices. Play an active part in QHSE meetings, tool box meetings, and all other company safety management systems. Am proficient in STOP for supervisors and uses its techniques. Am delegated the Rig Manager HSE responsibility as needed. Issuing Work Permits. Assume emergency duty leadership in lieu of the Rig Manager. Ensure the maintenance of the HSE database. Rig Crew Training Co-coordinator. Bilingual English in addition to Arabic as mother tong. Excellent communication and report writing skills.
