One of the most important tasks of my responsibilities as a Projects and Business Development Manager is planning which includes planning of project budget, putting the assumptions upon which this budget can be applied; planning also includes mobilization and demobilization of new projects. I am used to attending international conferences events and exhibitions all over the word related to my scope of specialization to be aware of the most advanced technologies in this field. During such conferences and exhibitions I conduct negotiations with the international companies representatives to discuss the possibility to be the agent of such multinational companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia doing my best to get the best offers against the best terms and conditions

My scope of responsibilities and duties includes but is not limited to:• Preparation of various bids including all necessary Studies, Budget, Financial Planning and Technical Coordination.• Holding full responsibility of achieving sales, profit and budgetary targets and maximize business opportunities.• Responsible for all communications with Local and Multinational Manufacturers including agreement finalization.• Making sure that the specifications of the equipment is as per the client requirements and the agreed conditions.• Confirming that the delivery terms with manufacturers match with the delivery plan.• Scheduling of installation of various engineering systems at clients locations.• Carrying out pre-installation, installation works, commissioning test, gathering all the required data and comments to notify the manufacturers, issuance of the related reports and handling over task to the client.• Responsible for Post Sale Services.• Budget planning for all the projects.• Design Periodic Preventive Maintenance Programmes (PPMP) as well as carrying out corrective maintenance activities in addition to emergency maintenance requests through “on call” technical services teams.• Conducting necessary technical training and seminars for Company and Client staff.• Representing the company in international conferences and exhibitions to be aware of the most advanced technologies in the filed of my specialization.• Conducting negotiations with the multinational companies representatives to acquire new agents doing my outmost efforts to get the best offer, financial and technical.• Procurement and Stock Control Activities: • Monitoring a computerized aided procurement and stock control system, which helps in and facilitates ordering the required spare parts and materials. Responsible for issuance the purchasing orders and to study the offers submitted by the International and local suppliers.

As a Site Manager of various operation and maintenance projects I was responsible for:• Site phase in stage that includes preparation of the snag lists, mobilization of the key personnel and carrying out commissioning reports.• Designing and supervising the implementation of Periodic Prevention Maintenance Programs (PPMP).• Following up implementation of daily job orders for corrective maintenance and emergency repair works.• Preparation of the monthly technical reports to be submitted to the clients.• Contact the specialized agencies and dealers to secure the required services for sophisticated systems on site.• The sites facilities includes but are not limited to:* HVAC System * Electrical System* Standby Generators * Electronic Systems* Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems* Building Automation System• As a Site Manager I was also responsible for the Site Operating Fund (SOF) and other managerial aspects either regarding the contract signed with the client or those matters related to the personnel forming the site staff.
