• Check and measure the implementation of hygiene plans for all personnel. • Verify clearance and cleanliness requirements of production lines prior starting with the production. • Conducting line inspection, in-process control (IPC) testing to verify compliance to the instructions according to batch record and relevant procedures.• Follow up and verification of correct labeling of work centers , materials and products at all manufacturing stages.• Keep a daily record of updated data related to the finished product logs for the purpose of release control and build up of data base for product annual review.• Review batch record and production loge at all stages of manufacturing and check conformance to good documentation practices.• Check and verify the main production such as dispensing weighing, addition, mixing, calculation of ingredients as per master formula, return of materials and finished goods delivery to warehouse.• Collect representative samples according to approved sampling plans for the purpose of (IPC) testing, QC testing , stability samples and reserve samples . • Raise , investigate and (or share the team to) set plan of actions in case of quality incidents , deviations, changes and out of specifications cases. • Verify , check execution and approve reports that are related to temperature , humidity and pressure differential monitoring system.• Check the proper execution of the integrated pest management and plant sanitization. • Participate in execution of proper process validation studies , cleaning verification studies and R&D trials. • Communication with the all department to ensure compliance to procedures.• Perform any relevant job required by the direct superior.
