• Supervise the activities of staff in mail receiving, processing, sorting and shipping operations in a timely, cost effective manner, consistent with established operations procedures.• Meet or exceed productivity goals established for mail operations functions.• Establish and maintain positive relationships as needed with customer operational staff.• Assure that operational supplies are on-hand and available at all times.• Provide clients with Quotation, Booking• Maintain or verify records of time, materials, expenditures, and driver activities.

* Verifies customer requirements and agrees on suitable solution. * Record and complete accurate complaint case files. * Follows up within the agreed times frame until an appropriate response has been received. * Provides timely, complete and professional responses to customers. * Prepares and distributes Customer letters if required.
