I have 10-plus years of experience in formulation of dosage forms and management of pharmaceutical development projects. Over the years, I’ve developed a variety of dosage forms including solid, lipid, liquid, and parenteral dosage forms at early stage drug development and defined the manufacturing process to support clinical, regulatory batches, and also large scale batches. I have a passion for learning and improvement which drove me to complete a Masters degree in Drug Delivery to strengthen my knowledge and improve my scientific research skills. I have a desire to continuously learn different dosage forms and new techniques/ technologies. On top of my formulation skills, I learned and gained experience in different analytical characterisation techniques such as HPLC testing, in-vitro dissolution testing, and validated HPLC methods of analysis. My In-depth knowledge of formulation development and characterisation allows me to benefit the team and the project. I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environment to troubleshoot multiple small and large-scale issues which helped with the timely delivery of many projects. I enjoy developing people and have supported direct reports and indirect team members by providing training, technical support, and guidance via situational leadership. I have been managing complex formulation development projects simultaneously for diverse and international clients for several years. This gave me experience in planning and scheduling projects, and managing risks and issues. I’ve worked in a fast-paced environment and have dealt with change regularly and adapted accordingly. This helped me to receive great feedback from various clients for successfully managing their projects and meeting tight deadlines.
