Current- Arabizing English communications (internal and external), KHDA publications, reports (PISA, TIMSS, etc.), website content (e.g. WhatWorksx, Covid-19 related FAQs), surveys (Dubai Student Wellbeing Census, Adults.
- Creating content (in English and Arabic) for internal and external communications to different stakeholders;
- Translating Arabic content into English (e.g. government circulars);
- Using various digital platforms (SnapComms, Yammer, etc.) to create/share internal communications and engage with KHDA community; and
- Developing and delivering internal training for new customer service representatives, to ensure that their communication adheres to KHDA's language and tone standards.
