• Analyzing Balance Sheets, Financial Statement, Reconciliations, Month-end closing, feasibility studies, ten-year forecasts, Cash Flow, Asset Management, Capital Expenditures, Risk Management, Due Diligence, Budgeting.
• Handling quarterly audits to Middle East Hotels for control and review purpose and ensuring that comments taken are being followed up by various properties.

• Direct, guide and lead for all cost investment module of new project with the area teams.

• Recommend with HR the selection of candidates at a Directors level in Head office.
