  Conducts and participates in compliance audits, Risk based audits, and business improvement audits for the Group, departments, and districts.  Participates in special studies, such as those required to discover mechanics of detected fraud and to develop controls for fraud prevention.  Prepares reports of findings and recommendations for management. Examines records of departments and interviews workers to ensure compliance with the company's policies, guidelines, procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and report to financial audit supervisor. Follow-up and monitor progress of audit recommendations using the audit track system.  Conducts special investigations as requested or deemed necessary, and makes recommendations for improved controls, operating procedures, accounting records, and systems designs. To perform physical count if needed and safeguard company’s assets and properties. To review compliance with nternal controls and report about any deviations.
