- Recruitment & Selection: Assist in managing the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on company policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment. - Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing and assist employees with benefits enrollment and queries. - HR Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with HR policies and update employees on any changes. -Training & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, development programs, and workshops to enhance employee skills.- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees. - HR Reporting: Maintain and update employee records, HR metrics, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with Egyptian labor laws and company policies. - HR Systems: Support the administration and optimization of HR systems for employee data management.- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating internal company events or employee engagement activities.-Employment & Personnel: Deal with all governmentalassociations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.Implement the employment procedure in relation to the hiring and resignation process.Accurately update employee’s data on HRISAddress employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures and respond to requests.Manage onsite inspections by social insurance and labor offices.Supports in preparation of the monthly payroll effects, records & reviews.Preparing personnel related reports.
