More than 20 years work in ADIA as an Executive Assistant , I have a good Knowledge about how ADIA works, I have a lot of attributes : team work, excellent relationship with other department, dealing with IC secretariat, all committees in ADIA and willingness to take up more responsibilities and looking for extra development.I have worked in an open and collaborative manner and sense of team work has helped him to build strong relationships and network across ADIA.I have provided excellent secretarial and administrative support to the Director and the senior staff and advisors in the department.I have handled efficiently and in a timely manner most of the EFD's internal and external correspondence.I have understand the objectives of the department and adapts work style to assist Director and senior management team in achieving these goals.I have understand the key business processes and how aspects of own work impact on the department.I have an Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and always willing to help Advisors on this matter.I have organized own work and coordinate with others efficiently.Understands importance of confidentiality issues, pro actively managing internal and external information to ensure non-disclosure to unauthorized personnel.I have ability to organize resources and establish priorities in order to suit the department’s working schedule and to meet agreed deadlines.1- Handling Investment Committee Related Work:Receive IC Papers, Submission and proposals from ICsecretariat.• Circulate each proposal to the concerned Advisor. - • Circulatethe IC Agenda to All Advisors.• Scan all submissions and place in IC FactSet RMS - • Receiveresponses from advisors (formal responses and briefing notes). -• Prepare cover memos for all formal responses. - • Afterobtaining signatures, prepare the required number of copies forIC Secretariat. - • Convert the IC responses from word formatto PDF Format. - • Send the cover memos and formal responsesto IC secretariat electronically and hard copy (10 hard copies).•Place the cover memos, formal responses , briefing notes, andfinal IC Agenda in IC FactSet RMS.• Prepare Excel Table with all submissions and EFD's responsesand send to IC secretariat and Internal Audit.• File hard copies of the IC papers.- • Collate and submit.
