Maintaining appropriate profile for each account in his dept with all the quotations, inquiries and any business information’s related to the dept. Issuing quotations, presentation letters and thanking letters to all the companies in that dept and following it up. Entertaining the decision-makers in the companies to present for them the dept facilities and to ensure their loyalty to the company Updating the Sales & Marketing Manager with all the competitors’ activities in that dept. Participating in all kinds of statistics, marketing research or special programs for that dept. Participating in any sales blitz to be conducted in the area by the Sales & Marketing office. To keep a tidy and clean office and personnel appearance in front of the company clients to reflect the company standard. Attend the daily briefing and the weekly sales meeting in the sales office. Submit daily sales report and weekly planning to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Participate and assist in all kinds of marketing activities in the company and outside To attend any company presentation or convention to present himself to the prospect clients.
