- Lead the delivery of the strategic vision and objectives approved by the Chief Executive of the organization.- Provide the strategic vision and lead the regional value proposition for the regional office as an education hub in the development of new educational solutions across professional education, financial capabilities, and MENA unique offerings.- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention.- Provide strategic input and leadership on programme management and the day-to-day operation of the regional office.- Collaborate with certification bodies to enhance the credibility and recognition of our programs on a global scale.- Advocate for the organization's mission, values, and capabilities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.- Assume leadership for planning, execution, and successful delivery of overseas learning and development projects.- Collaborate with international teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment with project objectives, and a cohesive approach to project delivery.
