Responsibilities: • Coordinate with the project team to develop and/or coordinate the development of drawings.• Preparing & updating BOQs and calculating Quantities Project.• Prepare and review cost estimates of projects.• Prepare technical and commercial offers.• Reviewing all Shop Drawings received from contractors.• Responsible for creating any required construction details.• Attend meetings with consultants, contractors & clients

• Designing concrete and Steel structures in accordance with approved codes• Preparing construction Drawings and executive Drawings according to project requirements.• Utilize Tekla Structure , Revit and AutoCAD software to create detailed structural drawings, ensuring accuracy, completeness and adherence to relevant codes and standards.• Collaborate with architects and other project team members to design specifications and incorporate necessary changes into drawings.• Ensure drawings are delivered within specified timelines and meet quality standards.• Coordinate with project managers, site and manufacturing engineers to resolve any design issues during the construction phase.• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality control procedures throughout the detailing process.

Training as an implementation and supervision engineer (Construction of a group of residential buildings, starting from the foundations stage to the finishing stage at the site)
