▪ Responsible for Giza Area Operation Branches.▪ (October – Dokki) Manage the launch of the new hub (Location, space, Training, and capacity).▪ Manage workflow processes between operations shifts.▪ Monitoring progress on specific tasks and reallocating work as appropriate.▪ Evaluate the courier's performance and productivity on a daily basis.▪ Ensure the operation process works smoothly and is on track according to SLA.▪ Prepare aging reports on a daily basis and follow up.▪ Prepare delivery and Success rate reports on a monthly basis.▪ Maintain professional work relationships with colleagues, supervisor, and manager▪ Track and observe the daily performance of the hub members and ground couriers.▪ Update the hub financial records, and send the deposit reports to the finance team on a daily basis.▪ Follow up on the internal communications sent internally to track and solve any issues related to the customers.▪ Review the hub’s performance sheet on a daily basis to track any delivery issues.▪ Review the pickup data to make sure it’s being handled on the settled timings▪ Working on a project R2S plus (Jumia, Fawry, Donation)▪ Handling issues between couriers and customers▪ Communicate with accounts managers to handle any issue with the delivery cycle▪ Following the couriers with their work if they have any problems to solve it.

▪ Responsible for two shifts Morning and Night.▪ Follow up with the dispatcher’s team to check all the orders OFD.▪ Checking if all pickups have been done from all merchants.▪ Follow up with the team to solve problems on the spot and communicate with AM and CS.▪ Make sure all the orders are sorted right according to zones to avoid miss sorting.▪ Handling the courier's areas and zones, and responsible for the courier training.▪ Follow up with all teams to complete all tasks▪ Manage the hub team and work on improving the team's performance.▪ Responsible for day-to-day and weekly reports. ▪ Monitoring and maintaining the flow of internal operations (receiving, dispatching).▪ Dispatch the POs in the run sheet for every agent.▪ Receiving and sorting all pickup shipments.▪ Sorting and scanning Orders that arrive from the main hub.▪ Sort orders by area.▪ Dispatch orders and prepare Run sheet. ▪ Receive New pick up from the merchant.▪ Follow up with Courier and solve the immediate issue.▪ Follow up on return orders.▪ Working on the pending order.
