▪ Responsible for Giza Area Operation Branches.▪ (October – Dokki) Manage the launch of the new hub (Location, space, Training, and capacity).▪ Manage workflow processes between operations shifts.▪ Monitoring progress on specific tasks and reallocating work as appropriate.▪ Evaluate the courier's performance and productivity on a daily basis.▪ Ensure the operation process works smoothly and is on track according to SLA.▪ Prepare aging reports on a daily basis and follow up.▪ Prepare delivery and Success rate reports on a monthly basis.▪ Maintain professional work relationships with colleagues, supervisor, and manager▪ Track and observe the daily performance of the hub members and ground couriers.▪ Update the hub financial records, and send the deposit reports to the finance team on a daily basis.▪ Follow up on the internal communications sent internally to track and solve any issues related to the customers.▪ Review the hub’s performance sheet on a daily basis to track any delivery issues.▪ Review the pickup data to make sure it’s being handled on the settled timings▪ Working on a project R2S plus (Jumia, Fawry, Donation)▪ Handling issues between couriers and customers▪ Communicate with accounts managers to handle any issue with the delivery cycle▪ Following the couriers with their work if they have any problems to solve it.
