Highlighting my career profile, I have over 4 years of experience in delivering the best customer experience through contact voice and non-voice in different fields such as; sales and credit collection. I started my career as a sales agent then as a collection specialist, which taught me how to ensure high standards of customer care, productivity, efficiency, the techniques of establishing a good rapport with customers and advanced my negotiation and communication skills. All of the above reinforced my presentation, planning and time management skills. In addition, I worked as sales agent for medical website for wellness and fitness services. I am a content creator and copywriting learner.
