Job Responsibilities: Meet with prospective clients and provide details of properties and explain the terms and conditions for leasing  Work with the marketing and sales team to devise and implement new strategies for the assigned area  Screening tenants and conducting background checks to finalize or cancel the lease  Make recommendations for renewal and/or termination of vendor contracts.  Retain tenants by offering alternative solutions and resolving all other problems faced by them  Collect rent and make payments to the repair and maintenance staff  Ensure all maintenance is performed in a timely manner.  Recruit middle level staff and conduct periodic training sessions  Prepare lease agreements, revenue collection reports, and other files as required  Manage all on-site collections, filing the necessary legal documents for non-payment of rent, and appearing in court for all legal matters.  Submit weekly payroll documents and the required financial and occupancy reports to management, owners. Resolve all complains and ensure that the tenants are retained Generate new & renewal of TAWTHEEQ tenancy contracts using ADM System (TAWTHEEQ)
