-Handle Club activities reservations and fees covering different Smash Sports School.-Handle Customer Requests and ensure Successful and enjoyable operation to all Smash ClubMembers.-Ensure high and consistent quality standards across all services and activities delivered to Smash Club Members.-Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.-Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports to the management.-Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
