I have a postgraduate degree in career development from Edinburgh Napier University, and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Newcastle University. I also hold an Education UK Agent's Certificate from the British Council, which enables me to provide guidance and support to international students who wish to study in the UK. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, and I use these tools to create and maintain student records, reports, and communications. I have developed strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand education system, policies, and procedures. I work collaboratively with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to provide personalized and holistic academic advising, counseling, and mentoring.
