With over four years of experience in the food and retail industry, I am a data analyst and delivery leader at Americana Restaurants, one of the largest and most successful operators of restaurant chains in the Middle East. In my current role, I am responsible for managing the delivery unit, overseeing the cash flow and banking operations, and analyzing the data and trends to optimize the performance and efficiency of the delivery service. I have a strong background in mathematics, which enables me to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to various business challenges. I also have excellent communication and coordination skills, which help me to work with different teams and stakeholders across the organization.
