Guideway, Two Push-Box, Roads, OCS poles, and Tracks construction for Mobilinx’s Hurontario LRT project.Coordinating with 17 roadworks crews & Subcontractors: Petrucco Construction (Push Box jacking under QEW & Port Credit), HCM (OCS, Piles, Lagging, and Tie-backs), Perform Crete & 911 construction (planter boxes, guideway curbs, barrier curbs, sidewalks), and Guild (Street light & Temporary and Permanent Traffic relocations).

Mobilinx (Mblx) is a consortium comprised of Webuild, Hitachi, IBI, PCL, Amico, Bot Construction, Transdev, and Astaldi. Mblx has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Hurontario Light Rail Transit Project. Mblx Utility team's responsibility is to manage 3 subcontractors: Sommerville (Alectra Hydroducts), Ainsworth (Hydro Pole & Cable pulling), and Metro Infrastructure (Telecoms; Rogers, Zayo, PSN, Bell, Telus, Beanfield). Some of my responsibilities include:•Daily monitored, tracked, and inspected construction crews' activities: Open-cut trenching, Directional drilling, Poles installations, Cable Pulling, Switchgear & Transformer installations. •Coordinated and reviewed Property, Permits, and other client documents with respect to utility interfaces.•Coordinated the utility relocation process including design, construction, progress monitoring, inspection, and contract administration in cooperation with the project teams.•Supported and coordinated with Wet Utilities, Roadworks, Structural, and Traffic teams.•Participated in PUCC, UCC, Design, Pre-Construction, PLA, and Traffic meetings.•Prepared take-offs and participated in procurement meetings to issue scope of work documents and tender packages for subcontractors.•Tracked Subcontractor’s T&Ms and change orders and prepared a comparative cost analysis.•Hosted weekly Telecoms Construction meetings.•Proposed redline changes on the field.Project Overview:Mblx is delivering the full DBFOM scope of the $4.6 billion Hurontario LRT—a transformative transit system that will give communities in Brampton and Mississauga the freedom to choose where they want to go when they want to go.The Hurontario LRT Project will provide 18 km of rapid transit with 19 stops on a dedicated right-of-way and will link to GO Stations at Port Credit and Cooksville, the Mississauga Transitway, Square One GO Bus Terminal, Brampton Gateway Terminal, and key MiWay and Brampton Transit routes.
