Responsible for Upper Egypt region branches average 30 branches with (600 headcount).Lead and supervision on 2 Personnel Specialists and providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.•Managing the administration of the entire employee life cycle and the related processes from onboarding to departure.•Process and maintain personnel records and files confidentially by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files (Hardcopy – Electronic) to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.•Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc. to ensure accurate database.•Administer placement procedures by issuing employment contracts for newly hired according to Labor Law and existing salary scale.• Handle employees' insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1,2 and 6.•Assist in keeping employees / company informed of all changes in personnel policies and problems and proposing solution to any complaint if received.•Process & maintain employee data related to Personal Medical Insurance. Addition and Deletion also follow up with the medical provider for any Chronic Medication or Surgery Approvals.•Follow-up on the implementation of the annual performance appraisal cycle to ensure the proper adoption of procedures and forms by evaluators.•Establish and maintain relationships with line managers to stay abreast of current and future employee relations issues to assist the line manager to improve employee relations services.•Provide periodic reports about employees' regularity and review employees' vacation, absence, attendance sick leave, etc., and insure its recorded on the oracle system.•Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.

Responsible for The Giza Area 3 Branches with total 400 headcount (White & Blue Collars),• Ensure recording all effects on Attendance sheets Monthly (vacations, Delays, Absence, Penalties, etc.) & submit the related reports to the C&B on time for monthly closing.• Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and announce remaining balances.• Conduct daily spot-checks in branches to ensure the code of conduct is implemented.• Apply disciplinary actions and conduct investigations as needed.• Prepare/follow up on renewal contracts for branch’s employees to ensure it is done on time and in accordance to labor law.• Administer all end-of-services procedures and the related clearances for branches employees.• Submit forms 6,1,2 to insurance offices and follow up work injury.• Ensure doing orientation to all newcomer’s employees and clarification the company's internal policies.• Ensure that all staff comply with uniform policies & ensure that new employees receive uniforms.• Coordinate in the Entertainment activities for employees like (One-day-trips – Football league).

Dealing with about 80 Agents(ATM Cleaners) over all Egypt beginning from Recruiting , Scheduling tasks (Daily – Weekly – Monthly) , Monitoring and Evaluating tasks and target , Prepare Payroll sheets and Work permits, Prepare Reports for Direct Manger & Mangers ATM Departments. Responsible of communicating with ATM departments of banks to handle and solve any complaints or problems.
