Deputy for the Head of Safety.• BOQ checking and updating.• Ensure quality and Safety .• Ensure Deliver project on cost and on time.• Project management. • Certify payments for Sub-contractors invoice with respect to the work accomplishment.• Verify the subcontractor invoice in accordance with the Contract terms and conditions.• Maintain proper logs for subcontracts; purchase orders, subcontractors and suppliers payment certificates, prepared/submitted/approved calculation sheets, subcontractors variations• Valuation of Subcontractor claims for the extra works done .• Floating of request for obtaining competitive offers from the market.• Developing strong business relationships with the clients and sub contractors . • Close analysis & monitoring of contract awarded to subcontractors • Project Material coordination. • Assessing, valuing the subcontractor claim and implementation of back charges to Sub-contractor. • Analyze subcontract quotations and reconcile rates and conditions to the main contract, ensuring that budget constraints are adhered to.• Negotiations with the supplier/Vendor/subcontractor and preparing comparative statement.• Preparation of Work Orders.• Ensures that all contractual obligations are met by the subcontractor (e.g. warranties, insurances, invoice periods, bonds, etc.)• Monitoring cash flows .• Forecasting the budget required for executing a particular works and allocating funds with respect to the estimation .• Liaise with project manager on contract conflicts, commercial matters and claims.• DEWA/DM Accounts Management and payment.• MOL Municipality of Labor Renewing/follow up requests and all issue related to.• Readymix Ordering and LPO and Payment. • Follow-up with RTA and insurance for all company vehicle.
