- Preparing annual Educational plan for the staff according to hospital’s needs- Preparing \schedules & attendances tracking- Presenting monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports of attendance.

Maintaining and increasing lab’s business relations and sales target achievement for delegated Branches through:- Visiting contracts' contacts and solving their problems-Visiting private doctors and raising their comments to administration with trying to solve them-organizing group meetings and stand alone(s) for business contacts.-Attending weekly meetings and preparing both weekly and monthly reports for the branches performance and progress-Maintaining internal relation with colleagues and branches managers.

Write quality assurance policies and procedures. -Review and evaluate patients' medical records, applying quality assurance criteria. -Select specific topics for review, such as problem procedures, drugs, high volume cases, high-risk cases, or other factors. -Compile statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings. -Review patient records, applying utilization review criteria, to determine need for admission and continued stay in hospital. -Oversee personnel engaged in quality assurance review of medical records
