-Synthesizing a treatment plan for any given diagnosis, which may include drug therapy and lifestyle modifications, and transition within the continuum of care settings-Identifying, resolving, and preventing potential and actual medication-related problems including untreated indications, improper drug selection, sub- therapeutic dosage, overdose, failure.

-Dispensing take home oral medications for both outpatient and Daycare units-Properly filling and dispensing an average number of +80 prescriptions per day-Managing drug, stock and supply inventories and performing a weekly physical medication count -Performing technical processes required to dispense medications to patients-Inspecting drug storage sites.
