With over 13 years of experience in HR, I began my career as an HR Specialist and have developed specialized expertise in payroll, benefits, and financial inspection for social insurance and income tax. With 5 years in payroll management, including handling payroll uploads to the payroll tax portal, and 5 years in social insurance financial inspection. I am now working as an HR Operations Consultant. I support local and multinational companies of varying sizes across different industries with social insurance financial inspections, income tax audits, and developing comprehensive company policies.
