- MSc & BSc in Arch. Engineering;- Expert in design & renovation of all structure buildings (Designer).- Expert in design, rehabilitation & renovation of all buildings. Starting from put space program; preliminary report, main concept, schematic design, preliminary design drawings & working drawing.- Expert in Preparation of Drawings for difference stages of Projects including concept design, working drawings ,and specially Coordinate with rest of disciplines and documents of project ( Project Coordinator );- Have a wide experience in local & international design codes and regulations specially at healthcare buildings codes; (such : ICC code / NFPA code/ / adage / Requirements for the prevention of fire protection in buildings ( gulf code ) / guidelines for design and construction of hospital and health care facilities / the health building note (NHS) /VA design guide ( veterans' health administration Washington ) / ……… etc. ),- Have ability to demonstrate an Innovative and flexible approach to problem solving, excellent communication skills and a solid history of working to critical deadlines.- Monitor and report on projects progress against agreed schedule;- Have experience in supervise the construction of different types of projects.
