Current• Comprehensively assess and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements (P/L, BSH, CF) in compliance with IFRS standards.• Develop and establish annual budgets encompassing all revenue and expenditure categories.• Finalize payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursements through system uploads.• Analyze costing structure for finished goods including Direct Material and Labor and Manufacturing OH • Authorize and oversee the approval of POs, verifying their alignment with approved budgets. • Formulate and scrutinize policies and processes, with a focus on enhancing internal controls.• Prepare financial statements for audit purposes, ensuring organized and accurate records. • Spearhead special projects aimed at cost reduction and identifying savings opportunities. • Take the lead in conducting training workshops and programs within the finance department
