• Generate/Source new deal ideas that might fit our investment strategy; • Support the investment process by prepare investment research, financial analysis, valuation, and modeling;• Conduct business due diligence on the potential investment opportunities;• Assist in deal structure, execution, and financing of the selected transactions;• Benchmark the performance of the portfolio companies vs its business plans, and advising on its implemented business plans, capital structure, and expansion plans (if any); and• Review/Draft of memoranda/ad-hoc reports for internal and external use.

• Prepare complex financial reports and models after analyzing the target company, its competitive environment and the economy in which it operates;• Advise client companies on their potentials after overseeing the due diligence investigations;• Write detailed information memoranda/public subscription notices and compile presentations describing the key features of client companies in association with the client companies’ legal advisors and auditors;• Identify the potential buyers/investors and multiples share prices for similar transactions;• Participate in various transaction-related marketing efforts (e.g. roadshows) and recruiting activities of the firm (e.g. appointing legal, technical and financial advisors) and follow up on the marketing initiatives;• Develop new business, prepare client presentations, and market new products (e.g. sales pitchbook); and• Fulfill other duties of researching and structuring transactions, pricing and closing the deals.

• Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions;• Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, residual income, DCF, and NAV;• Prepare PPA and feasibility studies;• Write valuation and fairness opinion report; • Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations;• Prepare and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks;• Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business;• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions;• Create presentations for client portfolios; and• Keep up to date with current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

• Participate in auditing companies in manufacturing, financial services, real estate and other sectors;• Participate in preparing financial due diligence assignments;• Analyze financial statements to determine the material changes over the accounts for limited review and annual auditing purposes;• Prepare proposal for our potential clients.

• Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.• Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
