I have established AppsTCH in 2013 as a Joint Venture focusing on Enterprise Business Applications Services Delivery. We have started as a small company that is ERP solutions centric and enterprise customer focused. We have managed to attract major ERP key players such as SAP and Oracle to partner with us creating a strong name in ERP Advisory and Implementation Services. We managed to deliver our contractual commitments not only to generate satisfied clients but we also went the extra miles to generate happy clients with honest and committed services that prioritize on achieving customers objectives and solve their business pains.At the initial phase of it corporation, I was in charge of the company's business development activities including, but not limited to, customers facing activities, marketing, demand generation, channels and indirect sales management, alliances and vendors management.I was also in charge of building up our delivery resources matrix, recruitment, staff hiring, staff training, teams motivation and incentives.

I was responsible for promoting SAP field services portfolio across industries in Egypt and Libya.I was in charge of providing SAP implementation services through SAP channels partners managing a virtual team of resources in different countries.

I joined Oracle corp. as its Applications Sales Manager for Energy & Utilities Sector in Egypt. Since my joining Oracle, I increased the industry’s pipeline by 100% in the 1st year and 200% in the 2nd year. In 2008, I achieved 150% of my annual target and was among top achievers and club excellence club.I was in charge of selling all Oracle Applications products and services portfolio with industry focused approach on asset intensive industries such as Energy & Utilities companies. I have excellent industry knowledge and solutions mastery of ERP, CRM, EPM, BI and other applications offerings such as:Business Process Outsourcing, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Self-Service, Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management, Financial Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management, Human Capital Management, IT Service Management, Master Data Management, Mobility Solutions, Policy Automation, Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Transportation Management, Web Commerce from Oracle products: Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, Siebel, ATG, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Hyperion, Primavera, Agile, SPL, AutoVue, Oracle Crystal BallI was also exposed to many of Oracle technology, professional services solutions and technological infrastructure such as:Business Integration, Cloud Computing, Data Warehousing, Database Migration, Java TechnologyLinux, Mobile Enterprise, Open Source, Security, Service-Oriented, Virtualization, Windows and .Net and Oracle Business Intelligence Applications.

In 2006, I joined a joint venture company between couple of major Egyptian banks and Egypt Post to introduce the GIRO payment method to the Egyptian market. I managed to sign contracts with different billings firms and mass payment providers in addition to acquiring more member banks to the Giro Network in Egypt.

I took the capcity of a Unit Manager of Professional Service Unit at Intercom Enterprises, the largest IBM premier partner in Egypt. My job was to establish and manage the sales& Marketing organization of this business unit, whose mission was to provide pre and post sales activities for IBM based infrastructure turnkey solutions with focus on IBM s/w solutions.I managed to achieve tremendous revenues for selling IBM Enterprise Solutions such as IBM servers of all categories (Intel, RISC, AS400), SAN Storage, Tivolli Enterprise Data Management and Enterprise Software Solutions. I have also achieve great sales results in selling Anti-Virus, Contents Filtering, Data Management and Networking solutions from different vendors.

I was in charge of establishing the branch office in Saudi Arabia for an Oracle based ERP manufacturer. The software was not known in the Saudi market and we faced tough competition from Oracle, BAAN and major ERP vendors. I achieved total sales revenue of US$ 1 million in the first fiscal year (1999), and 150% YTY growth in the second fiscal year, and succeeded in building the company’s image and product awareness in the region among other international competitors and main players. I managed to close, and personally sign, more than 50 projects contracts to deliver Alpha ERP solutions and its associated implementations services. I was also involved in project management & services delivery as part of projects steering committee.I was the Executive manager of all commercial activities in the western provision of Saudi Arabia. I also was in charge of Channel Management of to recruit partners and re sellers within GCC countries.

I was in charge for the sales department managing a team of sales and presales staff. I managed to triple the sales targets every year throughout my entire employment period. I was responsible for selling and promoting industry standards and major hardware and software solutions such as Networks, Communications, Multimedia Conferencing and enterprise solutions to major industries such as the Oil & Gas, Teleco, Aviation, Banks, Defense, Media and Education sectors. I was among the first sales pioneers who introduced Dell computers to the Egyptian market as well as other major brands of that era such as CISCO, Microsoft, 3COM, INFOCUS, XYLAN...etc.
