Alaa has a unique mix of 5 years of experience in the private and social sectors. She got her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Al-Azhar University-Gaza followed by MBA degree. Alaa has progressive experience in developing managerial solutions and procedures through conducting research papers and working with leading services companies in different sectors such as telecommunications, logistics, and education. She has published three academic types of research in business management and entrepreneurship. Alaa has Professional background and training skills in business plan development, entrepreneurship, and project management, motivated by driving social enterprise acumen and economic development, Alaa is the Co-Founder of Ful App House Cleaning Services Startup, which was featured at the GeeXelerator program as one of the top five successful startups in developing ways to enhancing people's lives. The Ful app team won a roadshow for three months around the MENA region to represent the start-up in regional events. Alaa was the company’s spokesperson. she was representing the start-up in different national events such as GITEX Technology Week in Dubai 2019, Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival 2019, Mena Angel Investor Summit in Bahrain 2019, and RiseUp Summit in AUC-Egypt 2019. The app won the top 10 startups of the Aria 2071 challenge at GITEX Technology Week in Dubai, 2019.Besides, Alaa has worked as a business mentor and Judge Advisor in Global Technovation Challenge,and Wentors network, she guides young women in building their startups and competing for international, Alaa has been invited to be a business mentor with many Tech Hackathons such as GenU-Virtual-Gaza Sky Geek -UNICEF Hackathon, and GoDigital Boot camp-BTI. Alaa is currently working as an entrepreneurship trainer at the youth innovation hub, Mann Hub, Smart Accelerator, and Sharek Youth Forum. Alaa is acting as a vital component in helping young Palestinian entrepreneurs solve real-world problems. As a short-term plan, Alaa is passionate about expanding her startup to cover the MENA region.
