As a ٌresident engineer/project manager i am managing projects for public and private sector clients. I am working with other disciplines to deliver projects for key framework. • Day-to-day Client management activities. • Day-to-day programme Management and feed back to the programme in relation to progress.• Direct engagement with technical teams to monitor delivery as per contracted deliverables.• Monitor / manage finance system adopted in the project delivery along with relevant support from the Project Controls team. • Ensure bookings on a weekly basis are aligned to planned resources. • Review deliverables against the resource schedule and programme to establish performance against spend and programme, to enable an accurate cost to complete to be maintained. Prepare Earned Value assessment with advice and guidance from SPM.• Have a good understanding of the contracted items that impact the design delivery of the project and keep the teams aligned to these requirements. • Evaluate changes to Contract and assist in preparation of Variation claims, as required. • Assist Procurement team in relation to procurement of Sub-Consultants.• Provide inputs to Project Controls (PC) team to update the monthly programme. Programme to include independent Design Reviews and internal audits.• Evaluate invoices of the sub-consultants in line with agreed contract.• preparation of the Project Management Plan and monitor delivery of our services to these documents • Complete supplier performance assessments to feedback good and bad services from suppliers and ensure ethics compliance for business partners• Provide input into the Risk Register and review on a weekly basis with SMP.• Work shoulder to shoulder with Design Manager and report Risks on a regular basis. • Prepare internal work agreements.
