• Support in the identification of different markets and conducting market surveys.• Collecting quotations from the local market and arranging the transportation and delivery of goods to the final destination.• Responsible for facilitating and participating in bid opening documentation processes.• Prepare complete procurement documents and files that are in line with the PUI policy.• submit weekly and monthly tracking reports.• Maintain the good practices of PUI procurement tools and contracts.• Support the soft and hard archiving of logistics files and ensure compliance with PUI documentation and filling policies.• Support the documents’ preparation for internal & external audits.• Regular follow-up on the maintenance and repair needed for PUI GH and the office (plumbing, painting, and reparation).• Responsible for following up on base running costs and consumables needs.• Support the logistics officer in fleet, asset, and stock management at Al-Gedarif Base.
