As a strategic planner, my mission is to support the management of the company in the development of a growth plan over 5 years. For the development of this plan, we base ourselves on the analysis of national and international data in terms of local purchasing power and habits, sales, logistics and national and international regulations. These different missions allow me to perfect my skills in Business Analytics, Corporate Strategy and Finance.

As an intern in the marketing department of the Moroccan DIY Group, my mission was to conduct market analyses on growth trends in the Moroccan market. To do this, we rely on figures that measure customer satisfaction in terms of services, products and processes in order to develop proposals for the implementation of operational marketing strategies. The purpose of these strategies was to support top management in its decision-making.

As an intern in the Sales department, my mission was to carry out market studies in order to identify competing products and their prices as well as market opportunities for the SOQOP group. During this period, I was able to identify and solve 30 customer problems with my team, assist managers in the negotiation and sales process and have a first experience in creating a network within the company.
