AlaEddin Hassan is the Vice President & Vice Chairman of H&S Energy, LLC, also known as, "Hassan and Sons, Inc." H&S Energy, LLC was formed in 1996 and opened its first site in 1998. Shortly after in 1999, AlaEddin Hassan joined the company as Vice President, Vice Chairman, and Shareholder with an "all-in" investment to effectively grow the company through stellar operations and growth through acquisitions. Today, the company spans 170 sites and is recognized as one of the largest retailers in California and employs 2,000+ individuals. Mr. Hassan had an unconventional start to his career, where he dealt through good word and true relationships. From working odd jobs as a teenager and working in a gas station throughout his college career, Mr. Hassan knew he wanted to create additional value for himself and those around him. Combining all that he had, he and his brother joined forces to acquire and operate retail fuel & convenience stores throughout California through H&S Energy. As an active member in the community, Mr. Hassan serves as a Los Angeles County Sheriff Reserve Deputy in order to better serve his community and be a catalyst for positive change. Mr. Hassan holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Law from California State University, Fullerton.
