- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on - Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security - Direct staff, processes, and activities to sustain safe, continuous, and efficient plant operations. - Schedule periodic and preventative maintenance; conduct emergency troubleshooting and ensure maintenance support availability. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and devices; identify electrical, control.- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness - Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

- Coordinate work and repair schedules; assign balanced workloads; inspect completed work to validate conformance to specifications and standards. - Design and fabricate materials and tools to repair equipment in-house. Monitor and improve maintenance processes and personnel to achieve department and organizational goals. - Administer fire safety, health, and security protocols for all facilities; routinely inspect and test safety equipment and update necessary records. - Manage diverse projects, including preparation and specification, data gathering, estimations, and selecting and coordinating vendors and contractors.

- Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Collect and give regular updates on all work standards. - Lead the renew, update and keep up all workers and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time - Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations. - Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members - Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry of Labor for visa applications- Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organise all Employee official paperwork.
