Responsibilities include providing assistance to the residents, keeping residents secure and away from harm, documenting paperwork (daily checks, incident reports, shift reports, points/goals sheets, etc.), and building relationships with residents to be able to provide support and mentorship.

Mentored and provided assistance to the men in the dormitory. Responsibilities also included checking the men in their rooms at night, helping resolve issues that arose in the dorm, leading out in various dorm activities, and providing a safe and secure environment for the men in the dorm. Provided the parents with a sense of security by them entrusting the safety of their sons into my care and supervision.
