1. Preparing project plan for the product design and development2. Benchmark Study of competitor vehicle for finalize the product3. Perform conceptual and detailed design of various Bus body, Truck and Trailer design4. Manage DMU, Drawings, Design history and Product Lifecycle Management5. Perform DFM, DFA, Reverse engineering on various new product developments6. Perform packaging and feasibility study for various new product developments7. Prepare and release Assembly Drawings and Sketches for proto and pilot build8. Creating layouts and Supported for homologation drawing to CMVR approval9. Provide technical support to Styling, Sourcing, Supplier, and Production teams in time10. Coordinate prototype manufacturing of products11. Carry out modifications based on Design Reviews and Interaction with cross functional teams12. Conducting Design review for Various new product development project13. Specification release through PLM after clearance for design from the Design Review committee14. Had an interaction with many supplier to sort out the issue and to know the functionality of the product
