Lead Business Architect for software implementation and managed service activity streams related to various business areas of Banking.• Lead the implementation project and its phases from, but not limited to analysis, design, build, testing, and others. In addition to leading agile projects implementations.• Leading migration process and execution and direct involvement in various integrations.• Coordinate with maintenance groups to ensure that product problems identified are understood.• Coordinate with different stakeholders and facilitate their engagement through the proper communication.• Conduct analysis workshops, collect client business requirements and relate them to system capability. Increased client satisfaction by providing tailored consulting solutions for their specific business needs.• Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.• Define and validate customization needs for the system as per agreed business definitions• Write specifications, if and when needed, for local development and ensure Technical Consultants have a clear understanding of these specifications.• Prepare and perform the configuration of the system and its testing. And, supervise and support User Acceptance Test.• Review client organization, processes and workflows and propose of a ‘post-picture' to maximize the benefit from the product.• Make recommendations on best banking practices to the Project Manager and alert him on practices that might damage the client's business or contradict legal requirements.• Involved in resources definition, budgeting and planning for projects.• Performing pre-sales activities when needed by conducting Demos and Presentations for different potential customers, helping pre-sales team with the RFPs/RFIs, and assisting in the preparation and the selection of products.
