ROLE: Key Account Manager (Production & Post)• Overall account management of clients • Operate at a pre‐tender level, consulting with clients and industry influencers to create and maintain favourable brand bias.• Organize and make presentations to clients, including group based presentations.• Negotiate with existing and potential clients at all levels of management. • Finalisation of contracts• Target, penetrate, develop, manage, and grow assigned key accounts.• Assist in the execution of key company sales strategies, including maintaining up-to-date market/client and competitor intelligence, and determining short and long term responses.• Management of existing sales, provision of advice, solutions and service delivery.• Develop new markets and clients for existing and new products• Actively prospect for new business. Develop new business with existing clients and targeted prospective clients• Achieve or exceed individual sales budgets, sales targets, margin budgets, and margin targets for the year.• Weekly and monthly sales forecasting to the Managing Director. This includes weekly and monthly ‘pipeline’ management and reporting.• Ensure Netsuite, including the CRM components, is maintained. • Maintain online website product lines.Technical Support• Help develop solutions for both production and post-producton.• Work closely with suppliers and partners to obtain advice and technical support.• Provide technical support for Clients. • Where appropriate, provide technical support for production and post-production to customers of our clients.• Prepare and provide technical training sessions, one on one and group sessions
