I am currently leading Digital Innovation and Transformation for Supply Chain Mars, focusing on R&D and Industry 4.0. and driving Change management and deep digitalization across our Supply Chain network around the world. I started my career at Mars Chocolat in 1990 as shift manager in France. I them moved into several operational functions in the Supply Chain arena (Supply Planning, Industrial Engineering, Site Logistic) but also led many E2E projects – business & IT - across Europe. Based in the UK in 2008 as Supply Chain Director, I got the full responsibility from Activity Management to Final Execution. I then led Mars Chocolate European S&OP - covering 28 countries - and orchestrated the End 2 End supply Chain execution and development. I moved to Hong Kong in 2014 to set and Deploy APAC E2E Supply Chain Strategy and S&OP+ across 12 countries including China, India and Australia. I moved back to Europe end 2016 to lead a Global Supply Chain Segmentation program for Mars Inc. In 2017 I move to IT to lead a team of Supply Chain and R&D IT and drive the IT Capability strategy for our global End 2 End Supply Chain. I am member of French IT Mgmt team but also Global Core Capability team. With 28 years of experience across all dimensions of Supply Chain & travelling around the world, I am bringing a wide perspective across Mars business Ecosystem, developing talents and embracing new digital technologies.
